Information Shipping and Handling Payment and Returns
  • We ship all our church banners using FedEx ground and FedEx Economy Intl' for those outside the USA.
  • Alaska & Hawaii do take longer to arrive than our closer 48 states.
  • We can expedite shipping for express delivery, but you must call in to check available options
  • Stock Orders in limited quantities ship with in 2 business days upon the clearing of payment.
  • Custom Orders vary depending on approval of artwork. Once artwork is approved and paid, the order will ship with the same time requirements as our stock banners.
  • Customers can choose other carriers for their packages, but they must call in to place their order and shipping preferences. There may be additional charges for the different carrier requirements
  • Most packages in the 48 states will arrive within 3-5 business days upon leaving our warehouse.
  • Tracking for your package is sent once it has been processed and an email is sent to the one provided at check-out.
  • EXAMPLE OF GROUND SHIPPING on all approved INDOOR custom banner orders
  • Approved Custom banners ordered online by 3pm CST Monday will ship Wednesday. Once shipped it will take 3-5 business days to arrive.(48 states, international shipping times vary)
  • Custom banner orders will have proofs sent within I business day of the order placed. Once confirmation is approved on the custom proof, banner will ship within 2 business days of approval. Once shipped it will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Please check your junk/spam folder incase you do not see a proof.
  • Suggestion: give yourself 10days(normal season) (7days when we're all working fast for Christmas & Easter) to have stock banners arrive during normal business seasons (Advent, Christmas, & Easter we try hard even with the high volume to get the banners out fast for you in order to have on time for decorating your sanctuary)
  • Do note that a custom church banner order can not print until payment and an email approval has been received. If our design team does not receive an approval, it will not go to print. These times are based on APPROVED file orders.
     
  • Orders must be paid in full before printing and shipping can be completed.
  • CUSTOM BANNERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
  • Any defects or misprints on our behalf ChurchBanners.com will print and ship immediately new banners out to you on our behalf. We want to make sure you receive what your ministry ordered.
  • Stock indoor church banners (pole pocket finishings only in a 2'x6' or 3'x5' size only) are available with a full banner refund. Customers must call within 5 days of receiving their package to request an RA NUMBER. Shipping & Handling is not refundable. Once an RA is given the banners must arrive within two weeks in the same package they were originally shipped in or we will no longer be able to refund the stock banner purchase.
  • For non stock banners or banners with GROMMETS, we unfortunately can not take them back. If it is a misprint on our behalf we will gladly fix and reship out new banners immediately.
  • Stands and displays may encure a 25% restocking fee depending on the quantity and stand. For questions, please ask a representative before placing your order.

Yes. Our handheld signs can be customized with your church logo, colors, wording and other design changes at no additional design charge.

You can start with one of our existing designs and make it your own, or use our custom handheld sign options to create something completely unique.

What size handheld sign should our church choose? +
Our square handheld signs are available in 18" and 23" sizes, and our round handheld signs are 22" circles.

For Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day and other photo opportunities in front of a backdrop, we typically see churches choose the 18" size. It's easier for children and families to hold while taking pictures and doesn't overwhelm the photo.

For outdoor welcome teams, entrances and guest greeting, churches use a mix of 18", 23" and 22" circle signs. If visibility from farther away is important, the larger 23" square is a great option, while the 18" square is smaller and easy for volunteers to handle.
Are church handheld signs printed on both sides? +
Our stock handheld sign designs are printed single-sided.

If you need a double-sided sign, choose either our Custom Square Handheld Sign or Custom Circle Handheld Sign and select the double-sided printing option. We can print the same design on both sides or use a different design or message on each side.

That can be especially useful for welcome and parking teams that want one sign to serve more than one purpose.
What are your handheld church signs made from, and can they be used outdoors? +
Our handheld signs are made from 3mm Sintra, a lightweight, solid plastic material that's easy for volunteers to carry and sturdy enough for repeated use.

The material is weatherproof, making the signs a great option for both indoor and outdoor use. Churches regularly use them for parking teams, outdoor greeters, entrances, kids check-in and special events. When they're not being used, we recommend storing them indoors to keep the printed signs looking their best.
What should we put on a church handheld sign? +
Simple is usually best. Handheld signs are meant to be seen and understood quickly, so avoid trying to fit too much information onto one sign.

Use short, welcoming messages such as Welcome, We're Glad You're Here, New Here?, Kids Check-In or a simple directional message. Make the design fun, engaging and easy to read.

Adding your church logo, colors or branding can make the sign feel like an intentional part of your guest experience rather than a generic sign. The goal is still the same: keep the message focused on the person you're welcoming.
Can I see my customized handheld sign before it's printed? +
Yes. After you place your order and submit your customization instructions, our design team will create a proof for you to review before production.

You'll be able to see your wording, logo, colors and requested changes on the actual design and request revisions if needed. We don't print your customized sign until you've approved the proof.

This means you don't have to guess how your customized design will look when placing your order.
