AI Marketing & Creative Coordinator
Position Summary
ChurchBanners is seeking a creative, organized, and tech-savvy team member to help execute marketing campaigns, product launches, website updates, and creative projects. This role combines marketing, design, content creation, and AI tools to turn ideas into completed campaigns across email, web, social media, and advertising channels.
Primary Responsibilities
Create marketing graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) to develop marketing content, product copy, and campaign ideas
Build and schedule email campaigns
Create Facebook and Google ad creatives
Update website banners, graphics, and product pages
Assist with product launches and promotional campaigns
Create social media content
Organize marketing projects and maintain campaign calendars
Coordinate with vendors, designers, and team members
Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
Strong written communication skills
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media
Comfortable learning and using AI tools
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Able to manage multiple projects and execute quickly
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with email marketing platforms
Familiarity with Shopify, BigCommerce, or similar CMS platforms
Experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads
Ecommerce marketing experience
Success in This Role
Within 30 days, this person should be able to take approved marketing ideas and independently execute campaigns across email, website, social media, and advertising channels with minimal supervision.
