Outdoor Christmas Banner; available in matte vinyl with free customization.
Each Banner is hemmed all around and grommeted every two feet.
PROOFS Are sent in 1 business day or less from time of order. We must have your approval by email before any custom church banner goes to print.
Every outdoor horizontal banner can come in a variety of sizes. Our most common size listed is 4ft tall x 8ft wide, but we custom make any size. Price is based on the size, not the customizing. Our designers customize for free!
Allow 1 business day to receive by email your proof once the order is placed. Remember, we must have your approval before we can go to print. Printing takes 1-2 days in house to go to ship depending on the time of approval and the time of season.

- We ship all our banners using FedEx ground and FedEx Economy Intl' for those outside the USA.
- Alaska & Hawaii do take longer to arrive than our closer 48 states.
- We can expedite shipping for express delivery, but you must call in to check available options.
- Custom Orders vary depending on approval of artwork. Once artwork is approved and paid, the order will ship with the same time requirements as our stock banners.
- Customers can choose other carriers for their packages, but they must call in to place their order and shipping preferences. There may be additional charges for the different carrier requirements.
- Most packages in the 48 states will arrive within 3-5 business days upon leaving our warehouse.
- Tracking for your package is sent once it has been processed and an email is sent to the one provided at check-out.
EXAMPLE OF GROUND SHIPPING on all approved Outdoor custom banner orders
- Approved Custom banners ordered online by 3pm CST Monday will ship Wednesday. Once shipped it will take 3-5 business days to arrive.(48 states, international shipping times vary)
- Custom banner orders will have proofs sent within 1 business day of the order placed. Once confirmation is approved on the custom proof, banner will ship within 2 business days of approval. Once shipped it will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Please check your junk/spam folder incase you do not see a proof.
- Suggestion: give yourself 10days(normal season) (7days when we're all working fast for Christmas & Easter) to have banners arrive during normal business seasons
- Do note that a custom banner order can not print until payment and an email approval has been received. If our design team does not receive an approval, it will not go to print. These times are based on APPROVED file orders.
Payment and Return Policies
- Orders must be paid in full before printing and shipping can be completed.
- Outdoor vinyl banners are a CUSTOM BANNER and ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
- Any defects or misprints on our behalf ChurchBanners.com will print and ship immediately new banners out to you on our behalf. We want to make sure you receive what your ministry ordered.
- We do not color match. We will do our best to get it to a color you have requested, but Hex colors and CMYK swatches will vary depending on the machine and the material it is being printed on. Unfortunately we can not guarantee a perfect match.
- We unfortunately can not take custom banners back. If it is a misprint on our behalf we will gladly fix and reship out new banners immediately.

I first have to say that we haven't put the banner outdoors yet and that's the reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5. I want to see how the weather impacts it before I give it a 5.
So far I am very pleased with the banner (and so are the pastor and the committee that picked it).
-very prompt answers to all my email questions. When I phoned with questions everyone I talked to was very helpful - even making sure I knew of the sale prices!
-There was a mistake in the proof and the employee apologized and apologized for it. It didn't bother me at all, the reason you do a proof is to catch glitches like that.
-The colors are great, the size of the font is great. Our church is on a busy street, we needed something big, and eye-catching. I think it's just beautiful.
-I am very pleased with the weight of the vinyl - it's pretty heavy, not thin and flimsy.
-The grommets seem sturdy. I like that they are every 2 feet.
-I like the way it is hemmed. I don't think it will unravel or fray.
-The delivery was super fast - less than a week, I think. I'm sure this time of year is very busy in their offices. I knew it would arrive before the deadline we had....but, I must admit to being surprised at how very, very quickly it arrived.
-We are hoping to use the banners for several years (they'll be outside for 2 weeks each year). Everything seems to be of very good quality, so I am expecting that it will 'age' well, and I think we should get a several years of use out of it. (Which is great for our church budget.)
